I claim no such thing.
From what I understand, and I don't follow the KNL thread closely because of all the graphite wars, the updated 60 ktpa BFS is well advanced and due for release Q2 2017.
Therefore it is quite "reasonable" to assume (since the BFS is not FULLY complete) that there will be some further DD required when it is - as I said above ... "Assume this new BFS, when released will have to undergo another round of scrutiny, albeit not as in depth in view of the first one."
