    Hi Redstripes, would I be correct in saying that given we are operating under a standard mining licence then there would not have been a lot of negotiations of special terms anyway, seems this potential legislation is more likely to apply to a special mining licence that some larger capex projects operate under where there would have been more individual negotiations on terms such a govt ownership, tax concessions etc.
