    ..."Nothing was binding no position was clarified what so ever"...
    anything, anywhere is only binding once the $$ are in the Bank. Important part for holders from today's announcement is that Banks and Off-take partners don't see an issue and confirmed they still want to go ahead, however agree 100% with this:
