Non binding hearsay. The writer could have totally spun that line as it is purely opinion. An opinion cannot be considered liable. "don't see an issue" is a meaningless statement. Who said this line? Confirmed they still want to go ahead with what?

I am saying todays statement is non binding you have spun or misunderstood by confusing it with $$ being in the bank. So basically today's statement means close to nothing.

Please read through each sentence on reports and take them apart and discard anything that is not 100% fact unless it is bad news.
