Yeah, very hard to poke holes in this one. Good on everyone that got in below $1, especially those who foresaw the soaring phosphate prices.
It seems odd that Rio Tinto would give up the lease though, given the hundreds of individuals who would have poured over the information whilst cognisant of the fact that phosphate prices would appreciate heavily in the future. Oh well, they did let that Shovellena permit lapse to Cazaly, so maybe they just made another mistake.
