@MarkHGO - you have shared a report suggesting a target price for BLU of $0.40 and asked if the price is realistic.
At the top of the page you have shared, it says the report is "prepared solely for the use of John Phillips of Blue Energy".
From that you can safely assume that none of the valuations or forecasts are realistic.
The Johns tell a good story, enough to have kept the business and their lifestyles funded for more than a decade.
If the assets were really as good as they say, companies who know better than any of us would have already have swooped in.
There's no conspiracy. It's a dog. Woof!
