I am aware of one small broker house that IMO TNG were simply not that interested in forging a relationship with. However, that same broker house was pushing PLS from 0.4c. If this is how TNG treat other broker houses its no wonder there are no relationships with Brokers and Instos. So we are going back years and well before any 249d. (sure some of this is commercially driven but over the journey would not have cost as much as a 20% discount on a CR.)
There appears to be an air of arrogance towards all parties including Shareholders. TNG should understand respect is earned not assumed. TNG go out there and tell the story and work with everyone.
Time for a change in the BOD because these relationships have not been nurtured.
