It wouldn’t be surprising to see SMS increase their holding following today’s great announcement up to circa 10% via another placement in the not too distant future. That would add another 78 million shares to their holding and roughly another $8million to TNG’s coffers. I for one wouldn’t vote against them being given a placement however my vote against the extra 10% placement facility in the agm voting still stands. The company can ask first for permission as far as I’m concerned.
