SMS taking a larger stake would not surprise,but I'm leaning towards that being part of the larger equity raise,or even at finance close. Either way should they want more shares,I can't think of another entity more deserving.

As for the 10% placement authority,it's hard to give that a nod after the negotiation skills displayed in the Vimson placement.

I want to see whether the money to repay the loans for the shares to the directors,hits the account in this current quarter and if there is any sell down of their holdings to cover payment.
