Brokers just upgraded TP upto $30.50, page-40

Above $36 today - if the news was meant to keep this one from flying, looks to have had the opposite impact!

I'm tempted to offload half my position shortly - this has had a great run and rightfully so after the good turnaround job but suspect there is also some element of speculation for a full takeover of CIM's parent company baked into and flowing through to the price (think I recall something recently if I'm not mistaken).
