Worth a read. Certainly a lot of conflict between Rio, Kalahari and Polo, as to development of EXT.
Don't expect this to be resolved any time soon. This shareholding structure is now becoming a serious handbrake for EXT. Rio are happy just to sit and wait it out; Polo will want the cash, and Kalahari are running around in circles showing off.
The sooner a VERY good MD is appointed, the better. You would think that there would be a line of people wanting the job; to mine the a deposit like EXT. Again, I think the share structure would scare good candidates off.
