What struck me about the BBY report was that PSA have been very active with a high success rate but dont really have a lot of reserves defined - continue to drill small targets...... upcoming Louisiana maybe low risk but it is also very small.
They should be using their good cashflow now to upping the leverage a little.
It will always hold the share price back if they dont have a lot of reserves to give substance to the cash flows.
