JC's salarie and non cash benefits were $446K

Plus as per the last finacnial statemnt employee benfits last year of $750 K.

Do you think he's worth it, who decides.

Well there after the independant directors quit ie. there is no independant directors at this co. The board decides its own salary , the board decides its own performance bonuses.

IE. a blank check to be completely incompetant , underperform and still pay yourself more than the PM.

What a job, any one else here get paid proportionally to how incompetant you are?
