KK I agree with you and these salaries not just for MAE directors, but just about all listed companies is a concern. These directors think they own the company & that they are the company. The only company I will invest in from hereon is where the director/s buy their shares on Market & continues to buy in. I cant do much about the salaries unless we all own over 50% of the company & vote down their salaries. I will from hereon keep away from piddly little market cap companies paying these high salaries .
