What you have said in the past and now again regarding start up dates and possibilities may be right, surely you must have it out head to head with the PEN management directly or raise the matter with the appropriate authorities so they can force a correction from PEN

I say this because you have laboured this start up timing matter for a long time, it seems the evidence is out there now for all to see, bring on some ajudication I say, surely the PEN management aren't silly enough to blatently lie to the market, either you or they are right.......or wrong
