Some history on Cobalt Blue (COB) and Ardea (ARL)
COB listed several weeks before ARL. Its IPO was well oversubscribed (3 times I believe - 30 million for $10 mill float. ARL was looking for $6 mill, and extended IPO because the funds weren't coming in. When ARL listed, it was undersubscribed by $1 mill. COB has struggled to stay above its IPO listing of 20c (19.5c right now). ARL has been a 5 bagger. So the market doesn't get it right all the time. COB had a flying start, and died. ARL struggled from float, but is now flying. Fredoldtimer has probably decided to promote COB on ARL blog for Cobalt Blue.
