well its not technically... but it creates negative sentiment and can trigger panic selling in loose hands... also a big volume like that can take awhile to sell down.. particularly if buyers wont meet sellers... so any urgent selling would have to go underneath that level pushing the price down.. or keeping a lid on so a big buyer can get in.. its dubious... also stacking the sell side with false bids makes it look like the sentiment is negative... where as the sentiment on AGO is very positive
