I don't think the market cares what this gov capital website is predicting...it does not have a crystal ball. What the market wants to see is demonstrated evidence of turnaround in growth...not hype or promises. Otherwise current negative sentiment will remain. I for one do hope they are on the road to recovering its growth outlook...but nothing is guaranteed in this world where COVID risks still lurks. It's a wait and see how they report.
