Hi Flash,
In regards to some elements of your super fund not being able to maintain consistent trustee rules, I'd say deregulated super funds are still in their infancy in this country and they are still getting their systems in place. All these trading limits are designed to stop people blowing their life savings on a risky investments though IMO. Diversification here is important.
