    We as HDR shareholders should have formed a Forum to combine our holdings as a leverage against the take-over.

    At least we with a large holding we could have some real influence on the proceedings.

    I know that some of the holders of GDR are getting together on this to prevent a take-over from KCN.

    HDR has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and SP will not be again CEO of any of my holdings.
