Go for it mate. If Acamas is who he says he is he has nothing to fear from a little IP scrutiny.
My personal favourites are no 1 and no 4:
1) ......If they contain misleading or deceptive information about securities, ASIC and persons acting on such information may take action against you
4) If there are complaints about your postings, those complaints will be passed on to ASIC for appropriate action
And then of course there is no 5 which says you don't need to be guilty of illegal postings just suspected of them
5) If you are suspected of or found to be making unauthorised or illegal postings, your right to make postings will be withdrawn immediately
Hmm, I wonder if HC can walk the talk?
