You are probably correct, although the instos would still be exposed to small shareholders voting "No", however unlikely this prospect is considered to be. Perhaps they have a gentleman's agreement with TLW that if the vote is "No" TLW will raise the price?
Sounds like a good reason to vote "No" (As he writes he is thinking, gee talking up the "No" vote is sure to get a quick response from Acamas)
