regardless of how many instos may or may not be clients of tlw they will do a round table vote if no other bidder for a 10% increase on the current offer of $2.02 to say $2.20. i do not believe that large shareholdings are accumilated for just a few cents profit. info was given to me as a likely scenareo by a long time friend that was merrill L head and still in the game.this is just one persons point of view make what you wish of it.
