Importantly from a value consideration perspective NXS noted that should a Crux liquids project not proceed prior to the handover of the permit to Shell at the end of start of 2021, the Crux joint venture participants will retain ownership of the liquids in the permit. For example, the joint venture could receive the economic benefit attributed to the liquids from a combined gas (i.e. LNG) and liquids project conducted by another party, in which case the 2021 end date does not apply.

Now I am more convinced shell will want to take a greater interest (or corporate interest) in NXS, unless they want to wait until 2021 for work to get started. Which potentially can happen lol.
