I thought that paragraph interesting as well. The way its worded if NXS doesn't proceed with Oil project or proceeds with joint oil/ LNG project Shell misses out on its gas. Not sure if that's right but in any event expect Shell to want to proceed with LNG project itself anyway. If so, there would be a benefit to NXS re future oil production even if not a party to LNG revenue.
Gonna be interesting to watch developments over next few weeks I expect.
