    Uranium hopes

    WRITTEN off uranium? Two signs during the week that you might be wrong. On Christmas Eve, the South Korean government announced it would build two more nuclear power plants and then, on Wednesday, Korea Resources Corp agreed to pay $3.5m for a 50 per cent stake in the Mkuju South uranium project in Tanzania owned by East Africa Resources (EAF).
