Why the interest in one patient who may or amy not be part of a trial? The issue of whether the treatment works is not in any doubt based on the trails to date. And for those who are in some doubt, the anecdotal results from one participant are hardly relevant. If they are part of a trial, they may be taking a placebo (the trials are double-blinded so the administrating doctor won't know if its the real drug, let alone the patient). If it's on compassionate use, then the earlier trials must have already proven the efficacy of the treatment for whatever condition this person has, meaning we already know the results.
