    Sadly it let's the Aussie government off the hook on making a decision as it looks like PBAC is the one that has said no.

    "The Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee is an independent statutory body established on 12 May 1954 under section 101 of the National Health Act 1953 to make recommendations and give advice to the Minister about which drugs and medicinal preparations should be made available as pharmaceutical benefits."

    Or I am just being naive regarding the independence?

    Lucky to have European approval and I know which one I'd prefer if we could only have one of the two.

    I wonder what PXS will do now to the CF suffers here in Australia who are currently getting the treatment for free?
