IMO you need to read a bit more what Socialist is/means
and what State Capitalism Means/vs Private Enterprise.

Both Mussolini & Hitler implemented a form of State Capitalism
which Hitler called "National Socialism" without confiscating
private property.

Lenin-Stalin did the Full Monty and virtually nationalised the
lot which , IMO, is proper State Capitalism.

Since the mid 1980s we have being going the opposite
direction by privatising State Owned Enterprises (SOEs)
such as the Comm Bank, Telstra, Qantas, CSL etc.

& click on the highlighted blue terminology for further info.

There is a distinct difference between what is defined as political,
economic or a combo of both IMO.

Capitalism:
