You make it sound so simple. We "can" get a board "spot" (seat) "and block same"!!!

How many Directors are on the Board now?
Whose "side" are they on (many think their "mates", certainly not shareholders, otherwise, why are you all going to this trouble??)
So, if all the conspiracies are in fact correct, my understanding on how Boards work on issues is that they are put to a vote and the majority win, or, if equal, the Chair has the casting vote.

Now, IF this Board is so intent on ripping off us shareholders, who do you really think would win that vote and what "influence" would that one shareholder representative have, unless he is a Q.C. with enormous powers of persuasion to convince those "friends of mates" to vote b>against "ripping off" shareholders and crapping in the "mates" faces??

Bronze11, PLEASE do yourself and those who are following you, a very big favour and instead of spending $130K, spend a couple of grand and get the best Corporation Law Barrister you can find to give you advice. You are taking over the mantle of the Black Knight!!!
