There are many Companies that have a lot more shares on issue than we have including RRS but take a look at AKK , its production and income is similar to our own, they have 2.6 Billion shares and they have shot up from 1c to 1.7c on very little news at all. Things can change very quickly in both directions in the small cap sector.
Even 2c with 2 Billion shares is only a MC of $40 Mil which is not a lot if the field proves up.
In the end oil will dictate the shareprice and dilution its just a fact of life at this end of the market.
