AGL owns mines relating to the supply for Loy Yang only
It has legacy supply contracts with Glencorp & others to supply a set tonnage of the coal that Lidell & Bayswater use (previous annuals have stated it covers most of supply needs) ... these legacy contracts expire in 2025. The closure of Lidell may mean that AGL could even sell surplus coal on market (if they dont need their contracted volume) - could be extra $$$ there
