Shell had 9.13B USD adjusted earnings over Q1 22, Meaning at today's AGL market cap of 5.866B AUD, they would be able to snap up AGL within 5.866B*0.717/9.13 * 90days = ~42 days.
Within a little over a month in earnings it could gobble up AGL, mind boggling if you think about it.
