I was shorting AGL before as mentioned on hotcopper... I closed my short before but with so many shareholders underwater I can't see them being ecstatic at a 5% premium. Especially given people want a stable dividend stock and many other companies like Spark infrastructure have been taken over.
Once the retail is split from the generation there will be a lot more upside for the retail component.
