They want to takeover AGL to essentially shut it down... don't act shocked when they pull the ridiculously low ball bid only for SP to then fall further back from around $7.60 mark
How often do you see a takeover because they 'don't like the business' ? ASX will provide the usual takeover premium nonetheless which some may see as a decent opportunity to exit.
