What I am thinking they will do , increase coal production now to selling to export market while coal price At history high , easy can make 20 billion over next few year ! While replacing domestic electricity, as agl position so strategy for main cities , they can increase power cost ! Making money all way around ! Once successful they are no long listed and can lobby hard with clean power message and entitled to charge more ! And Australian have not power to negotiate! This would be tragic for the country, aus have not save carbon from coal getting to the air and also have to pay for higher electricity ! We can stop these bid , but they should pay 20 dollar and regulator should have some restrictions on coal export and future price for electricity supply!
