hi woodsy - i've been in and out of this too. finally sold at mid 50s in 2010 for a small loss and then watched in annoyance as it rose in 2011. i keep an eye on it but am perplexed by it's fall from grace and my inability on other occasions to successfully 'bottom pick'.
so ... my thinking is that i'll take another stab around the end of the year (once the americans are past their fiscal cliff issues which i think will be much more damaging to this sector than bios).
agree with you that there doesn't seem much downside risk at these levels.
