Got to talking to a man about a dog -last night.
Seems the Vic govt is extremely busy working on a Huge tunnel to connect Melbourne transport.
Also extremely keen on The Victorian Brown Coal.
Said its the second biggest deposit in the world. Only Russia has a bigger one.
The main worry The Government has is on the volatility of the brown coal for transport.
Must get SP3 and compatriots to ring up ESI head office and ask about how theyve worked out to stop future volitile gas and combustion while in storage or during transport.
Sooooo the main stunning conclusion is that Brown coal will be exported and that drainage/ off gassing mechanisms will have to be engineered for storage and transport. Seems an easy enough engineering problem to fix.
