I still maintain it's plausible.
The Avenger2 suggested the current price will remain subdued based on the risk surrounding the ALDP and funding issues.
I somewhat disagree wrt to ALDP.
The SP is at present not indicative of possible ALDP outcome IMO.
It pertains to the absence of a commitment by a CSI. I.E. Monash.
If Monash were to ann they would part fund the CDP whether the Co has success with the ALDP or not, then Risk would be severely minimised.
At present, it's implied, but a Co release with specifics would make it official with detail.
