Your expanded points all have merit including the relationship between ECT (Ashley) and Professor Robin Batterham. His work with CRA formerly Rio Tinto was mentioned by Ashley at the Forum. There was a strong belief by the Researchers at the session in the Coldry design
The only point I'll further clarify is that ECT have strategically placed themselves in the number 1# slot by:
(a) "DESIGN" - Clearly advanced stage costed Design (blueprint is very robust)
(b) "PROJECT PLAN" - Clear project plan to CDP and Commercialisation
(c) "FUNDING" - Ignite have more money than us and bigger assets which may allow easier access to capital markets and could work against them in ALDP. Hence it's ECT that are the front-runners as they have IMO named a funding partner(s) in RFP but clearly yet to finalise terms- is this the poor man's card??

TECHNICALLY
Current price will remain subdued and a reflection of risk surrounding the ALDP and the persistent funding issues.

Today's after-market auction had 0.008cents accumulation games all over it - there were high buy orders placed attempting to flush out 0.008 sellers, there were stacked orders removed so on and so on.
