Calabria, very happy to see you on Mantle threads as from your past posts I can see you are well informed in brown coal space.

I have lost faith in the Mantle/Exergen connection but am still very hopeful Ian Kraemer will make sure we are close to at least one of the many tech's still looking to exploit Vic's vast high quality resource.

With regards to the 2 remaining ALDP winners, are you confident both will go ahead?

It is interesting that neither project are closely related to power generation. The future of lignite appears to be in CTL, gasification and fertiliser IMO.

Globally, as far as funders go, coal quality is looking to be a major factor. LV coal can be transformed into a high grade BCE due to its very low ash and Sulfur contents, also of course other high quality products.

What does this mean for poorer quality resources like our Bacchus project? Fertiliser a possible source of revenue?
