Latrobe Valley assets
Going off the sold tenement to AEC for $2.8m (1 of 5) and remember they have an ORRI over that 4877 deal too, I value it at around $3m.
Also the JORC resource of 101mt currently is not part of that sold tenement and that doesn't include the recent drilling round.
I value the lot at $20m.
Companies like Exergen have stated they are looking for a brown coal resource in Latrobe.
so lets say $15m conservatively or 20cps.
