    As they say 'The Devil is in the Detail'.......well in this this case 'the devil is in the lack of it'

    Very disappointing announcement, given that no reasons for over-runs, cost blowout etc, have been given, other than the 'mickey mouse' statement that blind freddy could have made up

    .....makes ya wonder what is really going down !
