Jake, I am watching the company but for now see it is more potentially a trading vehicle than a holding vehicle. I wouldn't buy at the moment though or at any time leading up to the EGM. To me it hasn't got a stable base while the price of the 75 million shares is unfixed so it's all daytrader circumstances and I'm a hopeless day trader because I find it difficult to make quick sell decision.
Once the pending capital issue is locked in though it may offer a good trade for a period longer than daytraders timeframes that might suit me better.
If I do buy I'll let you know. Same if I was a seller. (and in case you are wondering, no I'm not short - again I'm not really mentally suited to shorting).
