Being a public company, ASIC should figure out non disclosure and act accordingly.
There are many scenarios that can unfold with cvi.
No-one will know until it's happened, what that be as it happens.
I assume everyone here doesn't know every in and out of the corporations law to know what cvi should and should not be doing, but that is where we rely on ASIC to find this out, but will ASIC investigate every little thing?
I doubt they would with any company, they just don't have the time and people.
Tough game this.
One thing for-sure is when it comes to a sp value it will be highly effected by the amount of issue of the stock which then reflects in market cap.
I don't see this ever getting above 50c now on close to 1billion issue, not within the next year or two.
Bugger of a job this is in these trying times.
