Just a reminder for holders that there are new institutional and professional investors on TMR's register, .. and probably more to follow in due course -

Taken from TMR's announcement dated 22/2/08:

' This has taken place at a time when Latitude Resources plc (“Latitude”) has sold its remaining shareholding of 30 million shares in TMR. As a result of the divestment, Latitude’s 15 million share options will be cancelled in due course.

Latitude became a shareholder in TMR following the recently concluded transaction involving the acquisition by TMR of a 100% interest in Latitude's Chilean subsidiary last year. The acquisition of the subsidiary, Latin American Copper Chile S.A., included a portfolio of tenements with a focus on the Coastal Ranges iron oxide copper gold (“IOCG”) belt in Chile which more than doubled Tamaya’s copper resources at the time.

Tamaya Resources Executive Chairman Mr Hugh Callaghan said that the Group welcomed the new institutional and professional investors onto the share register.
Mr Callaghan said “We are obviously pleased to have the overhang in the stock taken up by a number of professional investors and institutions.”

“Tamaya have been very active in promoting to a range of institutions and professional investors in Europe and North America. At a time of high commodity prices, these investors are interested in our copper assets in Chile, and there is also a growing awareness of our gold project in Armenia.” '
