    CFE are after a waiver so they don't have to mount a formal takeover for the companies associated with mineral securities, that is formally buy into each company.

    They're not being blocked, although formal takeovers would be time and financially consuming.

    I can't understand what ASIC is on about, hopefully saner heads will prevail.
