Redux is there a reason for them taking this action other than flexing there muscles. I dont get it . Would it not be a better outcome if the whole thing was settled at once not peacemeal ?? can the shareholders help with the protest? as i feel it is very much holding the s/p back . I spoke to a source very close to this company about 2 weeks ago and he said the uncertanty was holding the s/p back but the company was making headway and xmas should bring some relief, but this was prior to the cape lambert isues.
