Hamish Bohannan has been on Board Room raio today and give a very simple explanation as to why this project is so undervalued by the market, although this was not his intent.

Also he goes on to explain just how advanced this project is, how many holes are in the ground. permitting work that has long been in the system organised by L & M.

All of this goes to explain how these guys could possible have a production target of late 2011 and also goes to explain the purchase price.

In fact on the purchase price although some are conjecturing why it is so expensive or at least fully priced, I cant get over how cheap L & M are letting it go for. But then any good poker player (not tourmanent) knows to leave some on the table.

I have been investing for 13 years now and have had some very good wins but this one gets my juices flowing. No selling out early for this one as far as Im concerned.
