Swiss Precision Diagnostics (SPD) (the maker of Clearblue pregnancy test) is a venture between Procter & Gamble (PG) and Alere (ALR), has a 25 percent share of the $228 million pregnancy-testing industry.

By the way, Alere also produce their own pregnacy tests, so their true market share is actually greater than 25%.
